The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a warning for thunderstorms, lightning and hail for parts of Allegheny, Beaver and Lawrence counties through 6 p.m.

The NWS said there is a possibility for hail up to a half-inch in diameter, rainfall of up to a half-inch and windgusts of 35 mph.
